This meeting will be a follow up to better understand the state regulations that govern inpatient/residential mental health and substance use disorder facilities.

We will be meeting with the California Department of Health Care Services, Medi-Cal Behavioral Health – Policy Division to better understand the policies of Medicaid managed care behavioral health programs. We're particularly interested in policies related to the administration of IV/infusion medications while in treatment, as well as the payment mechanisms for these medications.
